While waiting for this week's episode, here is a recap of what happened last week in "Exposed".

Recap: Exposed, Heroes season season 3 episode 18

In Isaac Mendez's old loft, Matt Parkman continues to paint pictures of the future in an effort to find Daphne MillBrook, but repeatedly only paints himself strapped to bombs. He and Peter Petrelli are then surprised to see a computer nearby activate with a message from the mysterious "Rebel," telling them where Daphne is and to leave immediately. Matt and Peter escape just before Emile Danko's men storm the loft. He and Peter head to Building 26 in Washington D.C., where their plan is for Matt to use his telepathy to control enough people to allow them into the building and rescue Daphne. Matt isn't sure that he can control all of the people they will encounter, so Peter replicates his power to make this easier. Using their abilities, Matt and Peter reach a control room where Peter starts to use the computer to try to find Daphne as they don't know exactly where she's being held. Danko finds out they're there, but Matt telepathically controls two guards to hold Danko where he is. Peter finds out Daphne's not in the building, but has been moved to a medical facility. At this point, the "Rebel" opens a video file on the computer, showing the abducted heroes being loaded onto the plane from "A Clear and Present Danger," a video which would surely ruin the organization if exposed to the public. Peter copies the file to a flash drive, explaining they can use it as leverage to get Daphne back.

Matt's control over the two men is broken when Noah Bennet activates the fire alarm, which causes Matt to lose focus on using his telepathy. Peter takes the flash drive and the two start to escape, while the building's power is cut (presumably by "Rebel"). Matt and Peter encounter Danko, Nathan Petrelli, Noah and some of their men and Matt telepathically holds them in place and tells Peter to escape while he holds them there. Peter does but the power comes back on along with the fire alarm, disrupting Matt's telepathy again and causing him to be caught. Later, Peter tries to trade the video for Matt and Daphne, but Noah and Danko set up a trap. Unexpectedly, Noah telepathically warns Peter of the trap and thanks to his warning he moves and is only clipped in the shoulder by a bullet, but falls off the roof of the building they are on. However, he is caught and flown away by Nathan.

Afterwards, Nathan has a conversation with his mother, Angela Petrelli, and Peter. Nathan suspects Angela of being the "Rebel" but she dismisses it, claiming she would never betray Nathan and she is in full support of his agency. Nathan tries to convince Peter to come back with him so he can be safely arrested. Peter disagrees after Nathan won't say he does it because he loves Peter. Peter reabsorbs Nathan's ability and flies away to safety. Nathan wants to go after his brother but is stopped by Angela. She tells Nathan she's dreamed of the future again, telling him "the game has changed" and that he "needs to be ready." She then whispers something to Nathan, after which it shows Nathan looking off in apparent awe.

Peter goes ahead and sends the video to news stations. Seeing it on the news that night, Danko straps Matt to a vest of bombs (fulfilling one of his paintings), drugs him and dumps him in the middle of Washington D.C. in order to make people "understand" that people with abilities are terrorists by presumably detonating the bomb Matt's attached to.

Meanwhile, Sylar and Luke Campbell continue their drive as Sylar searches for his father. They stop at an abandoned, boarded up diner, where Sylar has several flashbacks pertaining to his childhood. He remembers spotting a man and his father exchanging money prior to his father's immediate departure. In his memory, young Sylar chases his father outside of the restaurant and witnesses his father murder his mother in their car using telekinesis to cut her forehead, much like Sylar's own weapon of choice. After his flashback ends, Sylar vows to gain revenge on his father and demands that Luke return home to his mother.

Claire Bennet has continued to hide Alex Woolsley from Danko's men and the operation. Claire keeps him in her closet at first but then when her mother Sandra finds him she concedes that she is protecting him. At first Sandra is angry and disappointed, but she then offers to help Alex escape. She says that there is a van outside watching the house and then makes a fake ID for Alex. Later, Claire talks with her mother. Claire apologizes for dragging her mother into this, and asks her whether she and Noah are going to get a divorce. Sandra assures her she is not the reason they are having issues, and says she doesn't know yet. Claire and Alex also share a brief moment, wondering if things were different they might go out. Sandra then distracts the people watching the house, allowing Claire and Alex to escape out the back. After being chased, they hide in a pool to avoid being seen. While in the pool, Alex gives her mouth-to-mouth for oxygen, resulting in a kiss. At the end of the episode, Eric Doyle comes to Claire saying that Rebel has told him that Claire will help him.

Episode Recap: The Big Bang Theory season 2 episode 16, The Cushion Saturation

A paintball game leads to a fight between Penny and Sheldon, and romance for Wolowitz and Leslie (Sara Gilbert). Penny accidently shoots the paintball gun at Sheldon's couch cushion (his "spot", his "only point of consistency in an ever-changing world"), and she and Leonard have a hard time getting it cleaned. They try just turning it over but Sheldon still notices the difference and turns it over to find the green stain. Penny has the cushion dry-cleaned, but it takes a week and Sheldon goes through withdrawal during that time. After refusing to sit on the dry-cleaned cushion, Leonard reveals that the Szechuan Palace (the only place Sheldon has his cashew chicken from)closed 2 years ago. Sheldon collapses into the couch but still doesn't like it. Sheldon gets his revenge by shooting Penny at the beginning of the group's next paintball game. Penny then shoots Sheldon, he protests she's dead. Leonard agrees and shoots Sheldon himself, who promptly fires back. The others leave. Meanwhile, Leslie and Howard start sleeping together at Howard's home, which lead to funny exchanges with Mrs. Wolowitz. Leslie is able to give Howard's work project some much-needed funds, although it turns out to be her way of controlling him. She asks him to come to her sister's wedding, he says no and she threatens to take away a trip to the CERN project in Geneva. After getting over his initial reluctance to be in that sort of relationship, Howard accepts his "sex toy/arm candy" role.

The title refers to Sheldon's "spot" being shot with a paint ball gun by Penny.

24 8:00-9:00 PM: 24 season 7 episode 13/24 7.13 s07e13

The excitement continues this week in 24 season 7 episode 13 / 24 episode 7.13 as Jack Bauer and the other agents try to stop the terrorists with their plans. Though their job seems to be harder this season with Dubaku and his cohorts, Jack and his men continue to fight on. Here's what's in store for us in this week's installment:

Michael Latham, an engineer who was abducted, is in a warehouse being forced to work on a firewall module by a man
named Masters. Meanwhile, Jack gives testimony to a Senate Hearing in Washington, D.C. about human rights violations by the recently disbanded CTU. He answers questions posed by Senator Mayer but refuses to regret the choices he made as a CTU agent because he only did what was necessary to prevent terrorists from killing innocent people.

The hearing is interrupted by FBI Agent Renee Walker. She has a subpoena to obtain Jack immediately. At FBI headquarters, Agent Larry Moss briefs his team while analysts Janis Gold and Sean Hillinger prepare for Jack's arrival. Masters monitors air traffic control systems about a flight headed for New York. When Jack arrives at FBI, Larry explains that they need his help with an investigation. The CIP firewall protecting the national infrastructure might be breached. Renee shows Jack that one of the men behind the threat is Tony Almeida. Jack cannot believe that Tony is still alive. Apparently, Tony was rushed from CTU after Jack saw him "killed." Tony enters the warehouse and Masters tells him that they have accessed air traffic control, but their CIP module is spotty.

Tony orders Latham to make the module work or else they will kill him. In the Oval Office, President Allison Taylor watches newscasts about General Juma's "ethnic cleansing" in Sangala, Africa. She discusses with her Chief of Staff Ethan Kanin that she is adamant to send troops in to stop Juma. Taylor's husband Henry doesn't think the invasion will go over well with the press and he offers to handle a reporter. Ethan privately tells the President that Henry may not be up to the job because he's still not over the death of their son, Roger. Latham gets the module to work. FAA air traffic controllers notice a blip in their system.

Renee thinks that Tony is angry about his wife's murder and wants justice. Jack is sure that there is a logical explanation, but he agrees to help the FBI find Tony. Word of the air traffic control interception comes in, and the FBI notifies the White House. In the White House situation room, President Taylor argues with her generals and cabinet members about the invasion. She is interrupted with news about the FAA breach. Taylor is suspect about the timing of this event and her decision on Sangala. Henry receives a call from the private investigator he hired to look into Roger's "alleged" suicide. Roger's girlfriend might be hiding something and Henry wants to talk to her personally. Henry asks his Secret Service tail Agent Gedge to escort him somewhere and keep it off the manifest.

With full access to the FBI intelligence, Jack realizes that Tony must have forged an access card and may have used an old CTU informant named Schector, who is in Washington. Jack knows that Schector will call his lawyers if the FBI goes in with a warrant. Larry accuses Jack of wanting to resort to his torture methods instead. Renee offers to accompany Jack to see Schector. She promises Larry that she will keep Jack on a short leash. Jack and Renee go to see Schector, who knows what Jack is capable of. Schector claims he doesn't know that Tony is alive nor did he help steal a device to breach the firewall. Renee tries to bargain, but Schector refuses to budge. Jack grabs the gun from Schector's bodyguard and holds Schector at gunpoint to find out about Tony. Renee begrudgingly gives Jack the go-ahead to "do whatever it takes." Schector is in fear when Jack holds a ballpoint pen to his throat. Schector is about to tell them about Tony when shots fire through the window. Schector falls dead.

The phone rings, and Jack answers. It's Tony, who tells Jack to stay away. The flight to New York begins to descend as the FAA controllers lose communication with its pilots. Yet the pilots don't know anything is wrong. Tony speaks to them as if he is an air traffic controller. He instructs Masters to change the flight's course.

Wang gives Setsuna the coordinates to VEDA before she escapes in her shuttle, only for Nena to shoot it down again. Mr. Bushido appears and ambushes the unmanned Gundam 00 and demands that he spar with Setsuna. Meanwhile, Louise appears in her Empress and kills Nena, avenging the death of her family and relatives. In the course of the duel, Graham and Setsuna appear to each other in an alternate reality due to the presence of GN particles.

Recap: Gundam 00 season 2 episode 20 / Gundam 00 s2 ep 20

After shooting Lasse and taking Mileina Vashti hostage, Anew works with Revive to steal the 00 Gundam and the 0-Raiser for Ribbons. However, Anew is unable to steal 00 when Setsuna and Lockon catch up to her, while Revive is forced to give up the 0-Raiser when he is outwitted. They manage to escape, and while Lyle resolves to defeat Anew, Setsuna assures him that he will shoot Anew instead if the situation calls for it. When Revive, Anew, and Healing Care return with new machines, along with Louise in her new Regnant mobile armour, Celestial Being must defend itself without the 00-Raiser. Lyle risks the near destruction of the Cherudim to get through to Anew and appears to succeed, but is caught off guard when Ribbons takes control of Anew. As she prepares to strike him down, Setsuna appears and shoots her as he promised. In a GN particle induced vision, Lockon and Anew share one final moment together before Anew's suit explodes and kills her. Back on the Ptolemaios II, Lockon takes out his feelings on Setsuna before collapsing in grief.
