The race for the English premier League crown has gotten tighter with Chelsea losing to Manchester City a couple of hours ago. The Blues were looking forward to extending their lead over United but Manchester City had other plans. As such, it was back to a one point margin between the top two teams.
One interesting sidelight of this encounter was the first face to face meeting between Wayne Bridge and John Terry since the scandal about Terry's alleged affair with the former's ex hit the news. Bridge ignore Terry's handshake (watch the video clip HERE).
With the win, Manchester City has moved to fourth place on the table, ahead of its fourth place rivals Tottenham, Liverpool and Aston Villa.
