From sixteen semifinalists, this year's American Idol hopefuls will be trimmed down to 12 for the final run to the title ending in May. Who will it be? Based on the past weeks' performances, several have stood out and are sure to be included on the Top 12. Crystal Bowersox is one of them. She has been quite consistent so far with the judges naming her as the one to beat.
In the men's side, Andrew Garcia and Lee Dewyze seem to be shoo ins for the finals. Like Crystal, these two were early favorites. But Andrew didn't impress the judges with
his Top 16 performance so how would that affect his chances of making it in the Top 12? Meanwhile, Michael "Big Mike" Lynch brought the house down with his This Woman's Work number last night. That'll surely propel him to the finals what with the judges hailing him as the one to beat now.
