One day before his inauguration, Noynoy Aquino has announced his cabinet (full list below). The official members of the Noynoy Aquino Cabinet can best be described as a mix of old and new faces - new names that the public may not have heard of and former members of past administrations, especially that of Cory. Among the new faces in his Cabinet are presidential spokesman Edwin Lacierda, Tourism Secretary Alberto Lim, Presidential Management Staff chief Julia Abad, and Executive Secretary Paquito Ochoa.
"You will see old and new faces. You will see the young and...also young, but bottom line is these are the people who I believe have committed to the philosophy that the problems in this country are solvable..., have the energy and the commitment to sacrifice, to do the necessary things that will effect the changes the people are aspiring for," Aquino said.
